This study is designed for homeowners who wish to structure a renovation or interior project before making any significant investment. It is designed as a strategic framing phase and allows you to understand the specific challenges of your space, clarify priorities, and establish a coherent design intent before any design or execution work begins.
It is the starting point for any project undertaken by MAR Interior Design, for individuals who want an interior that is aesthetic, functional, and sustainable.

– An on-site visit or remote consultation and in-depth spatial analysis
– A global reading of volumes, circulation, light, and usage
– Identification of the key challenges and priorities of the project
– Definition of several possible orientation and design directions
– Clear points of attention to avoid common design and renovation mistakes
At the end of the visit, a summary of the project's guidelines and priorities is formalized.
When it makes sense for the project, this stage can include a traditional Feng Shui reading to further enhance the harmony and balance of the space, without ever being imposed.
