How much does it cost?
The first step is a Consultation Visit at €150 (tax included), deducted if we continue. I then send you a personalised mission quote based on the surface area and scope.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scale of the works and the surface area. Allow 4 to 8 weeks for the design, from the first visit to a complete project ready to be priced. The works themselves depend on the tradespeople and the nature of the works: I give you a precise schedule once their quotes are approved.
Do you carry out the works?
No. I design the project, prepare the plans and consult the tradespeople. They carry out the works and send you their own quotes. You stay in control of your budget.
Where do you work?
Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Provence and the French Riviera. Depending on the project, I also take on occasional projects elsewhere in France.
Do you work in English?
Yes. The whole project runs in English — consultation visit, plans, quotes and coordination with the trades.
