I oversee the overall project design—concept, plans, 3D renderings, materials, furniture—and then ensure the continuity of this concept through to final implementation: communication with craftspeople and other stakeholders, guidance in making choices and decisions, and monitoring of selections and orders. You retain decision-making power at every key stage — approvals, quotes, and important decisions always rest with you.
