Marais Apartment - Complete makeover of a 25 m² studio

This studio apartment underwent a complete makeover to optimize its rental potential. The main challenges were the lack of storage, the absence of clear spatial boundaries, and a poorly functional kitchenette.
To provide softness and comfort, the floor was covered with oak laminate flooring. The kitchen wall was extended to install a functional kitchen and a wall-mounted folding table, ideal for saving space. A glass wall was added to separate the kitchen from the living room while still allowing light to pass through.

A double sliding Japanese door now separates the living area from the bedroom, adding character and privacy. The bedroom, previously lacking a desk and dressing room, has been cleverly redesigned to incorporate these essential functions.
The sage green painted walls and rattan elements create a natural and soothing atmosphere, a true breath of fresh air in the heart of Paris.
