"Feng Shui marketing" doesn't work

I'm always a little saddened to see how Feng Shui has been reduced to folklore and marketing. Just today, I was reading an article about the energies of 2026 and where they were located (North, Northeast, East...). It read: “Choose white or metallic colors which represent metal like the statue of the white laughing Buddha with a link (of course) to buy it. 🙄

In itself, metal is consistent, yes… but not the object itself. You could put a pétanque ball there: it would have more effect than a 5 cm mini Buddha. All those trinkets of little Buddhas, mandarin ducks, “lucky” objects… That’s not how it works. And so, it’s no wonder many people think Feng Shui doesn’t work…

True Feng Shui, the kind I apply in my projects, is based on the balance of the five elements: wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. Wu Xing is at the heart of this approach: a key concept not only in Feng Shui, but also in Traditional Chinese Medicine and martial arts, as it illustrates the dynamic interactions between these elements.

It's simple, logical, and effective. No marketing hype, just a structured approach to harmonizing the energies of a space. And when done right, it supports your well-being, concentration, and even prosperity. 🌿

My goal: to help my clients experience this harmony in their living spaces, whether at home or in the office. Feng Shui is a real lever for comfort, energy, and prosperity. You just have to forget the clichés and work with the very essence of energies, not with figurines.
