Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between an interior architect and an interior decorator?
An interior architect focuses on the structure and organization of a space: layouts, circulation, spatial planning, partitions, and technical constraints. An interior decorator primarily enhances aesthetics through furnishings, colors, materials, and styling. My approach combines both disciplines, with a strong emphasis on creating spaces that are functional, coherent, and add long-term value.
Do you work exclusively in Marseille?
No. I work throughout the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, including Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Cassis, La Ciotat, Aubagne, as well as the French Riviera, including Nice and Monaco. For projects located further away, part of the design process and project follow-up can be carried out remotely
How long does a typical project take?
The timeline depends on the scope and complexity of the project. A pre-renovation assessment can usually be completed within a few days, while a complete Signature Transformation generally takes between two and six months. An initial consultation allows us to establish a realistic schedule tailored to your project.
Do you offer services for properties before sale or rental?
Yes. Property enhancement is one of my core areas of expertise. Whether you are preparing a home for sale, creating a premium Airbnb, or repositioning a rental property, I provide strategic interior solutions designed to maximize appeal and return on investment.
How does the first consultation work?
You can get in touch via the contact form or by phone. During an initial 20 to 30-minute conversation, I take the time to understand your project, your objectives, and your specific requirements. If your project is a good fit for my services, I will recommend the most appropriate next step, whether that's a strategic assessment or a detailed consultation.
How is Feng Shui integrated into your work?
Traditional Feng Shui is an ancient discipline focused on creating balanced and harmonious living environments. In my practice, it complements interior architecture by informing certain decisions regarding orientation, spatial organization, and material selection. It is never imposed as a constraint, but used as an additional layer of insight to create spaces that feel both harmonious and meaningful.
